Matthew Belke has been with us since 2020 and has always been a smiling face here at the Louisville office. He has worked on many projects after moving his way up from recruiting and found his niche, facilitating communication between the many moving parts of our business. We would like to spotlight Matt this month for his contributions to Service Avenger FlightPath, rushing from space to space to find the next piece to put in it's place. He's done his best helping prepare Flight Tracker to take off as smooth as possible.

When did you start at OnPoint?

I started working with OnPoint in April 2020 as part of the recruiting team.

How would you summarize what you do?

I would say I'm a problem solver... currently in the IT department, I am overseeing projects such as Zurich Reporting, Service Avenger FlightPath, and the Phoenix to Kustomer Transition.

Can you tell us a few details about your favorite part of the job?

My favorite part of the job is working with amazing individuals here at OnPoint. They have been, hands down, the best team I've ever worked with.

Please share any recent accomplishments or a particularly fulfilling aspect of your work.

What aspects of our company culture or opportunities for growth inspire and motivate you to continue your journey with OnPoint?

Besides the great people, there are so many projects that everyone can see will not only help make our company grow, but potentially change the industry as a whole. It's great to be part of such an inspirational team.

Tell us the most significant project you’ve handled and how it has impacted our company?

The most recent project I'm handling is Service Avenger FlightPath. Although there is much more work to be done with it, as Chris and Rob say, I can see this being an industry changer.

Who inspires you the most within our organization & share some examples of their leadership qualities or specific actions that are inspiring?

There are many individuals I could list here... But Mike Starmer really sets a tone here in the office. His cheery mood will brighten anyone's day, even at their lowest.
