Shamika Taylor became a part of the OnPoint team in 2022, and her presence was immediately recognized as a valuable asset. Her positive attitude and unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction make her a standout team member. We are truly grateful for Shamika's friendly personality, which radiates through her work and leaves a lasting impression.
When did you start at OnPoint?
I joined OnPoint on September 6th, 2022.
How would you summarize what you do?
I am the Team Lead for an appliance program. I am the bridge between the client and the customer on getting their unit replaced.
Can you tell us a few details about your favorite part of the job?
In my new role as the Team Lead, I am not on the phone as much and I enjoy that. For real my favorite part is that I can do a little more for the company and our customers.

What makes you want to stay at our organization?
I enjoy working with my fellow co-workers and making sure that the customers are happy, doing my part. I have to feel like I am helping and that makes me feel good.
What do you like about OnPoint's company culture?
I love the fact that it feels like a big happy family to me.
Tell us the most significant project you’ve handled and how it has impacted our company.
When I was on the Opal team, I helped out by jumping in on escalations to try to keep the customers happy.

So many!

What do you do for fun?
I really enjoy traveling and dancing.

I really like solving mysteries.
